Construction Details:

Skirt is dyed to give it a slightly darker tint. Stars are all made by hand.

Personal Thoughts:

Part of my Gala Project. Twilight is my personal favorite pony. So I thought it only appropriate to start with her. I went for a modern Hollywood glam kind of look. I also pulled from Rarity's description of the dress on color, making it fall nicely and keeping it modern to current fashion. Its a little piece of the design that I like.
