Construction Details:

It was my first time working with jersey materials. It took me an embarrassingly long time just to make his shirt. I'm still not sure how to get the pop-up collar right. Otherwise, it was fun making the pants and hat!

The red fabric isn't stretch materials, so I learned the hard way that making gloves, even cut-finger ones, are a pain. It ended up being a last-minute handwarmer. Next time, I'll get the shoes right o3o

Personal Thoughts:

I don't mind the double pants design at all!
I'm wanted to cosplay this version of Ruby for a good while! His pokemon manga counterpart is so flamboyant, but with a boyish heart ♥ I just love all the pokemon PC boys ;; My Sapphire is the cutest ever!

I bought Plusle and Minun from (back when it was called) Pokemon Center because they were an adorable "new pikachu" pair, but I never knew what to do with them besides safekeeping them in storage UNTIL NOW LA.
