Construction Details:

The dress is made with Casa satin from Joann, with Casa ribbon trim and this cool elastic lace trim. THe headband (which you can barely see!) is just black bias tape.

The skirt portion of the dress was altered from a pattern, and the top part was drafted by hand. I did a LOT of handsewing on this thing, to hide hems and make adjustments. Took so much longer than it should have because of that.

Personal Thoughts:

I kinda hate this dress now. I had to redo parts of it so many times because it hated me. And in the end, it came out too short. So I hope I never have to wear this again. Just the thought of wearing it again is frustrating x.x
