Remade for Fanime.
Wig was styled with hair spray + blow dryer + tulle + colored cellophane.
Underdress was nothing special, just an old Young Burda pattern I found.
Vest was made by draping over a petticoat a friend gave to me. It was remade for Fanime.
Body paint used was Ben Nye Goldenrod
