Construction Details:

Freehanded the top shawl thing (weirdly inefficient for a real ninja)
Pants pattern altered to have the slits on the side.
Arm bracers made of pleather and fabric glue.
Head Armor made with wonderflex, lined with black fabric & pleather/detailing on the outside. It's attached to my head with elastic.

Shuriken is made from two layers of EVA foam. I used the smooth part as the outside. The inside layer is sanded by a dremel tool and has a wooden dowel structure supporting the 3 blades all connected in the center piece. Hot glued all the pieces, wrapped it with fabric, then it was painted with regular acrylic paint.

I need to cut the wig more and restyle the spikes in the back since they sort of deflated during the con.
