Personal Thoughts:

MIZUKI cosplayed Keigo and really wanted a Himeno, so I decided to cosplay her. On top of that, it was our trade off. I got her into Inu x Boku SS to cosplay Miketsukami and she got me into Diamond of the Heart to cosplay Himeno.

As far as I know (since all the manga wasn't translated, she only wears this outfit once.
