Construction Details:

Halloween is my favourite holiday and time of the year. I kind of live and breathe it. Seriously. I dare you to find someone that loves it more than me. I have yet to find anyone! If I could, I would leave my Halloween decorations out all year!

Anyway, I wanted more dress making experience and I thought it would be fun to make a simple summer dress using a fun Halloween print fabric that you can get in October. I bought some fabric in October 2011. My mother picked out a great blue print with pumpkins, witches and haunted houses. It's adorable! I made it over the Christmas holidays. It was a pretty simple dress design (McCall’s pattern M5292) and it was so much fun to make!

Personal Thoughts:

This is a very simple original outfit, but I love wearing it! I wore this outfit with the Arda Candy Corn wig at Atomic Lollipop 2014. I got some great photos in the Science Arcade and the rainforest exhibits thanks to Elemental!
