Construction Details:

Finally used up the bolt of black suiting I'd had for /years/. Six yards, and this is the fourth costume it's gone to. His tailcoat is not a true tailcoat, so I had to draft up a pattern so that the sides would slope gently and not overlap the tails in the back. Pretty simple though.

Personal Thoughts:

HAHAHA. Let me tell you about getting excited to use up the last of the bolt of black suiting I'd had in my stash for five years, and then not having enough to finish the collar of the tailcoat. And then searching around for at least the same type of black, if not the same type of suiting. IT'S ALRIGHT, LOTS OF JACKETS HAVE DIFFERENT FABRIC IN THE LAPELS, RIGHT?? RIGHT????

Styling Notes

Hacked off a bit of the mullet, just to shorten it, then cut shorter bangs into it and freeze sprayed the shit out of two pieces for the ahoge.

Wig Review

This wig. Is so fluffy. I feel like a lion. (Which is probably appropriate for Leo)
