Construction Details:

I made this more difficult than it should have been because I was determined to make my cosplay make my boobs look huger 'cause Stocking is well-endowed. Haha. Also making the stripe on the skirt out of fake pleather/pvc thing is silly. It was a silly idea. :(

Personal Thoughts:

I love Stocking, but I kinda dislike this outfit. :/ Her default and Sailor and School Girl and Vegas... basically all her other outfits are way cuter.
