About this Costume

Used Kotetsu tie, shirt, and hat. Made an underbust vest from a Simplicity pattern and garbadine. The skirt was a $4 purchase as were the tights. Shoes were initially white and painted to be more like Tiger. I wish I made those hoops. LOL
