Construction Details:

The only things I worked on myself were the bow/arrows, quiver, and backpack.

For the quiver, I bought one used on Ebay and simple spray painted it to match the one one used in the movie. The backpack I had to paint orange using sharpies…Which, surprisingly worked! The arrows were probably the hardest part of the costume. I bought wooden arrows, and remove the feather fletchings. These fletchings were made out of plexiglass, cut, painted, and glued on by hand. It was SUPER time consuming.

The boots are screen accurate to the ones in the film, and I bought that official NECA jacket and pin. Luckily, I already owned the cargo pants and black t-shirt.

Personal Thoughts:

After reading the first book and seeing the movie, I knew I had to cosplay Katniss. She's such an AMAZING character!
