This was a quick one to pull together. The dress and scarf took me less than 4 hours from start to finish.
I didn't have time to make proper Capsule Corp boots and since this was just a hall cosplay, I didn't bother. I hope to have the boots complete before I wear this again. - Personal Thoughts:
- I love Bulma and I love this outfit of her's! I made this to wear with my best friend's children.

- The Blue steele is mostly all long bangs. I took the bangs and spread them out so I could cut this into a short bowl cut. Then I hair sprayed it in place. Trimmed it to the correct length and cut in the bangs. It was all very easy and quick.
