Construction Details:

Everything is handmade except for my stockings and shoes, which I already had on hand. I used JoAnn's Sew Classic Bottomweight Twill for the shirt, cropped pants, the collar, and the hat. The white on the collar is bias tape. The tie is leftover broadcloth I had from an earlier project. This was my first time making a sailor collar, and I used a tutorial from God Save the Queen Fashions to guide myself. It was super helpful!

Personal Thoughts:

This is a great series with a tiny fandom outside of Japan. The webcomic is in Japanese and translations are sometimes hard to come by, so at times it takes me a long time to read it. And even though Musashi isn't a regular character, I love her!
