Construction Details:

Since I was on such a time and budget crunch, using the gray wool I wanted to buy was definitely not an option. So....I used felt. ^^; It will get redone one day, but for now it's good enough. But as my mom can attest to, we stared for hours at the movie, making sure we got the pleats right. So out of the entire project, making the pattern for the skirt was the hardest part - which says a lot about the cosplay itself, I suppose.

Personal Thoughts:

I'm such a Disney Girl. I wanted to do something fun for 2011 Halloween so when I noticed that my Hungary wig could easily work for a Briar Rose wig, I jumped on it! I finished this one while I was working at YaoiCon, but it was well worth it. The only thing I'm not too committed about is running around in bare feet. But I wouldn't mind bursting out into song every now and then. ^^
