Construction Details:

This costume took about 3 months to make. I used white satin for the skirt and top, and used gold ribbon/strap for the shoes, arm bands, and the neck piece. To make the criss-cross with the gold strap on my legs i used velcrow to hold together. I also used the velcrow to hold the gold strap on the shoe itself. The hearts are made of felt with stuffing inside them (so they are like little pillows). For the top, I used a pattern for a dress that had the same shape/neckline as Panty's top, but instead of making the entire dress I cut it in half, just creating the top area. The gloves were made with the same satin. I cut out 2 triangle shapes and added the gold strap to the bottom of the triangle and a small piece of gold at the point of the triangle to make a "ring". To make the gloves stay on I used velcrow.
