Construction Details:

Top made out of black cotton and red twill, with thin bias tape for the lines. I made it without a pattern, so it's a bit derpy.

Personal Thoughts:

A pretty simple costume that my Mitsunari wanted to do, made the sailor fuku top and hair ribbon, borrowed the wig from a friend, and bought everything else.
