Construction Details:

The dress and hat are made out of a heavyweight stretch pvc I found in a beautiful pearly bubblegum pink. Made the doctors' bag from scratch (it's missing the handle, will be added before I wear it again). All the crosses I had laser cut from 3/16" red acrylic. The button closure on the front is false - the dress actually zips up in the back. The flats I purchased were this horrible faux suede, so I painted them with fabric paints to match my pvc. I got a pretty good color match!

I didn't have time to make an accurate bone saw so I made do with a hacksaw. I'll make an accurate one before the costume is worn again.

Personal Thoughts:

The dress is a sauna, I can't breathe correctly due to the mask, and I can't see out of my right eye. Picking things up is pretty much impossible because my depth perception is shot to hell.

All that said... I love this costume.

Styling Notes

I used a mini crimping iron at the roots to give it poof in the bangs and ponytail. Just a little bit of hairspray to set!

Wig Review

I love Epic Cosplay's wigs! It's incredibly thick and just the right texture for styling - not too rough, not too silky. This one is textured very similarly to human hair so it's easy to work with.
