Construction Details:

We all shared the patterns originally made by Kie, and I lengthened my skirt a little because it was just too short on me. I also learned the magic of understitching while doing the collar! My life is changed forever. Overall this was really quick and simple to make!

Personal Thoughts:

SO FLUFFY! I've never made a costume that involved a petticoat or really anything so floofy and adorable! We've all been slowly getting these done within Angel Hearts and I decided to get mine done for a photoshoot opportunity at Fanime!

Takane never actually officially HAD a Meruhen Maid costume since it was from the first im@s game, but she wore a very similar outfit in episode 4 of the anime (along with Hibiki). Her tights were just plain white in the episode so I got to choose the color for mine. I went with teal to go opposite Hibiki's teal dress (since the other girls' tights all match the other dresses in that way). I think the colors look nice together and not too clashy!

I also included the TEAM TOAD badge as an extra callback to that episode! GEROPPA!
