Construction Details:

I hand made the hat and added tips to the shoes. The stripes were to big for the Jubet(ruffles) so I stitched them into a slimmer pattern. It may be hard to see the pleats in the vest. Dyed the black part of the wig and styled it.

Styling Notes

First I hair sprayed the wig upside down. Then went in and trimmed for a bit more shaggy look. Then I separated the portion that needed to be dyed black and with a q-tip and shoe polish. (I decided on this because it would make a flat black and would not need to be washed out for fear of bleeding into the rest of the hair) After the hat done I made a few minor adjustments.

Wig Review

I actually like how this came out. Even though the shoe polish make the hair hard since it's such a small area I think it almost works to my benefit for keeping it styled.
