Construction Details:

The only things I really had to make were the dress and the bun covers. Everything else I bought. For the bun covers, I stretched t-shirt fabric over the bun covers that came with the wig and glued/sewed the yellow accents and the tassels (I made the tassels out of embroidery floss).
