Construction Details:

I made the skirt, hat, shirt and all the accessories. The tights were altered from two seprate pairs and put together and made into thigh highs. I bought the boots and the belt.

Personal Thoughts:

This is one of my favorite outfits, and my first Panty outfit. kjdhfs so much fun to make and wear!

I decided to remake this a few years later and change everything I wasn't happy with the first time around!
