There's no second layer, so it's not exactly accurate, but I really like how it turned out.

- LOTS of gathered ruffles
This cosplay wasnt hard to make, but it was extremely time-consuming when it came to gathering and attaching the ruffles. - Personal Thoughts:
- This was a last minute cosplay that I made for Ohayocon :) Worked my butt off doing those ruffles >
