Construction Details:

The base is covered floral wire held together with hot glue. The face is wonderflex, felt, and more floral wire suspended by clear jewelry line. The yarn is hot glued to the base, and the base is hot glued to the hat.

Personal Thoughts:

I've lamented on occasion what a shame it is that Kirby's Epic Yarn cannot really be accurately honored in cosplay due to limitations of...well humans aren't transparent. Suddenly the other night, however, it dawned on me how to make a "costume" from the series. Once I obtained the materials--mostly just yarn, floral wire, and hot glue--it went together in about 3 hours. Admittedly it's not exactly a cosplay, but I intend to treat it as such.
