Construction Details:

I went to Walmart late at night because it was too late for the real fabric shops to be open. I looked for like a nice red material. I ended up finding a shantung I actually liked. Got a few yards and butchered it until it became this red dress.
I reused my Panty wig. I really do have to add more wefts into it. Will do when I get the chance.
I used pieces of my angel panty and added a few necklaces. I could not find red pumps to save my life. I figured payless would have some.. nope... I didn't want to modify any shoes so I decided to just use my Bad Girl cosplay shoes for this outfit. Which are also used in my other Party Panty cosplay.

Personal Thoughts:

I honestly don't like doing default outfits.. just something weird about me. But this one.. I guess I didn't mind. I made it in a hurry for an event at Anime Central.
