Construction Details:

The shirt is from my closet. The skirt and tie are from eBay. The hat I made from a pattern I found online from a white flannel. The heart detail on the hat is felt that I painted since I was out of pink felt and it was the day before the con. :B the scar was done with eyeliner and lots of brown and red eyeshadow.

I'm not wearing a long-sleeved shirt in the photo featured since I wore it to a picnic and it was HOT!
