Construction Details:

Everything was made completely from scratch. Logo was made with gold dance wear fabric, and 'Peel N Stick' adhesive. These choices were both mistakes. The dance fabric couldn't take any heat, so I couldn't interface it, or Heat N Bond it. This is why I opted for the Peel N Stick instead, which didn't hold, and leaves a nasty residue. gauntlets and little wingy bits are foam covered fabric. Headpiece is craft foam. I also didn't pre-treat my cape fabric..another big mistake! Red dye EVERYWHERE :S.

Personal Thoughts:

One of my childhood heroes! I learned a lot on this one, hopefully she will get a re-vamp one day.

Styling Notes

Great wig! It was the same one I had previously used for my Sailor V costume, but I royally messed up the bangs when I cut them. Next time Id like to get something with more 80's-tastic volume. for She-ra
