Its pretty much all cotton, a nice circle skirt with lots of room and a vest over a fluffy shirt. The Police part snaps into place over the front, velcro holding the middle closed.
- Personal Thoughts:
- A simple casual cosplay I did as a surprise for my friend who cosplays The Doctor. It is a blast to be the Tardis! I can't wait to wear it again!
