Construction Details:

Took me about 40-60 hours to finish.

For the coat I used a grim reaper cloak, added in a zipper, and strung on some beads for the chain. I owned the boots and leather gloves already.

The chakrams were cut out of foam board, then coated with Model Magic, and painted with acrylic paint. They were actually lightweight to carry around, even if I fooled a bunch of people into thinking they were hammered out of metal, hee.

Styled the wig using super glue, Got2B Glued spiking glue, Rave hairspray, and pomade.

All together this cost about $110. Not my cheapest cosplay.

Personal Thoughts:

My first splash into the cosplay world, also the first costume I ever altered and first wig I ever styled. -sniff- My cosplay cherry...

Do NOT use Rustoleum....I did because I wasn't sure how else to darken an otherwise bright red wig, and it made the hair clump together. On the other hand, I didn't suffer from Droopy Spike Syndrome...
