The pattern on the shirt was painted with puffy fabric paint. The shorts that I wore under the swimsuit are not included. There are images of her without the shorts so it would be accurate without them as well. Both the shirt and the swimsuit were bought so I did not sew anything!

Not really that hard. I got a shirt from Goodwill and stretched it like mad. I fixed the music notes up in GIMP how I wanted them and then I did a iron on transfer as a base because my drawing skills are non-existent. I then painted over the music notes with fabric paint.
