Made this in 2 nights before a studio shoot. I took artistic liberties and added hip bows.
- Personal Thoughts:
- Sheryl is the best character on this show but is constantly cursed with tacky outfits. This dress is one of the few redeeming ones.

- This wig was originally styled by Hailo for her Rosebride Utena costume. Sheryl's hair is crazy pink in the only 3 minutes she wears this outfit in the entire show, so HA take that design inconsistencies I win this time.
