Construction Details:

I decided to take a few artistic liberties with this costume like I normally do with my stuff so it looked better on me. In all honesty I hated the design of the dress in the anime, bagginess everywhere (though I get it, he's attempting to disguise the fact he doesn't have a womanly figure).

I made a form fitting underdress out of bridal satin and then used a silk chiffon overlay to give the bagginess to the top to it wasn't too much material. I decided to just use French seams to finish the dress since I don't own a serger. I only left the gathering in the very front of the bottom part of the dress since it looked better on my figure.

The cape and sleeves were made from a silk chiffon as well. Ridiculously long cape... yep.

I like to say that Eve wears no shoes under the dress, but I needed the height to be taller than my Shion. My prince charming picked out my heels for me. XD

Personal Thoughts:

Eve is really more of my favorite character than Nezumi, despite the former being the latter in drag. I don't really get it either. I love No. 6 so much for the characters and the storyline! It's an incredible novel, anime, and manga! Definitely renewed my interest in anime that I was slowly starting to grow out of.
