About this Costume
Construction Details:
Mildly amusing adventures in applique! I did all sorts of weird things on this one that I've never done before. Misty Fuse is the best thing for stacked applique pieces! The pink trim on the top was woven like a lattice pie top since I wanted to venture away from the typical "here's pink fabric I drew on." thing people tend to do. I don't know how I feel about it accuracy-wise, but it was fun to do and adds some cool bit of texture.
I'm in love with my cape squids.
Personal Thoughts:
So, I used to hate Boa's character, but love her design. She's vain and selfish and rude and kicking kittens is the worst thing anyone could do. D:
But as her character developed, I slowly started to like her and then kinda relate to her a bit. ><
I decided I needed to take the plunge and try my hand at her costume since I'd never really messed with appliqué before.
Wig Details

Wig Fever
Wig Name
Wavy Long without Bangs
Styling Time
15min
Wig Quality Rating
4 / 5.00
Styling Notes
Cut hime bangs into the front and used steam to relax the waves a bit. I wanted a little bit of body and not have it be stick straight and boring. :)
Wig Review
Lots of fiber and very little shine. Looove this wig. I'm always so afraid of straight black colors looking miserable and cartoony on me, but I was really pleased at how nice it looked.
