Construction Details:

Made by Kristin/Drakochan for her friend Abby, who never got to being able to wear it. It surprisingly fits JUST RIGHT because Abby is built much smaller than I am. Added a brown ribbon (which was too short), my own belt, and wrapped my legs in sportstape, which was a HORRIBLE idea, while my cat had all kinds of fun with it while I was taking it off, so next time I'll probably get legitimate leg wraps.

Personal Thoughts:

I have wanted to be Spain for SO LONG and I am so glad I finally got the opportunity!!!! He is my favorite Hetalia character after Hungary, and he's so much fun to cosplay as. I am so very pleased with myself. I also really liked how, since I went to the beach for the first time in AGES the weekend before AX, I got super tan (I was only out there for like two hours, too) and it looked awkward with all of my ligher-featured costumes but looked great with Spain.

Wig Review

The wig is nice and it looks okay from the front, but the back has this really odd quality to it like it's crimped. It's not that it's not soft, but it's thin at the ends and stringy and a little...crimped? Yeah. I don't know. I don't feel the need to replace it, though.
