Construction Details:

I had altered a pattern for the shirt, made the ruffles, the tie, and added sequins all along the border of the ruffles (as well as the tie). The feathers were all hand dyed, and there is plenty more sequins sewn onto my headband and those little arm/leg X's. Hey, it's Rikku's Songstress dressphere.. There's an excuse to liven it up with a little sparkle. ^_^
