Construction Details:

While I am proud of what I accomplished with the original dress, I felt there was room for improvement, so I made a new version. I chose a better fabric this time around, shaped the front opening differently, and made gussets for the sleeves so I could actually move my arms (huzzah!). I didn't remake the white dress, but I did take in the waist a bit so it wouldn't bunch up as much when the blue overdress was on. I also styled a new wig for this one. I chose a different shade of blonde and followed a tutorial for taking in the wig size a bit since that was a big regret of mine with my first attempt. This was also done with a sock bun method so I can always restyle it if it needs to be done.I also remade the tabbard to go along for when I wear the armor. I actually plan on repainting/remaking parts of the armor at some point, but I don't think that will happen in time for Anime Central this year. Also, something I didn't wear with it to Detour is the gators I made. I still need to find a pair of shoes that will work with them, so in the meantime I just wore my plain brown boots.

Styling Notes

I took in the back so it would fit better. I also made the ear tabs a little larger since my hair is significantly darker than the wig, and it was showing too much at the hairline.
