Construction Details:

An unexpected costume to make and even more unexpected on the ease of it's construction. I found this costume quite simple to make. The only reason for it's higher difficulty level was all the time it took in the details (i.e. the ever so frustrating time-consuming pleats that no one will notice.). It was a very simple and easy costume for me, but for a beginner sewer, it might be rather challenging.

Still, very fun to make and completed in a mere week. Plenty of time to get the props made. Which, since I am no prop maker, is time I will greatly need.

Personal Thoughts:

After reading the novel Soulless, I knew I wanted to cosplay from it. As what outfit of Alexia's, I wasn't sure, but I was in love with the series and it kicked my motivation gears into action.

Although not as in love with the manga as I am the novel of the series, I absolutely LOVED the cover illustration. It is what got me to discover the book series and for that much, I owe it some tribute.
