Styling Notes

I used two Stocking wigs to make this wig. One I made into a ponytail wig. I used some hair from the Stocking wig I would use as the long ponytail and I made the back of the wig look like an updo wig via sewing the wefts in over the wig cap edge and upside down. I then pulled the wig into a ponytail and cut the ponytail shorter. If I'd have kept it long it would have just slipped off her head it would have been to heavy. I also added clips to the front of the wig to help with support. I then got a large butterfly clip and cut the bangs of the 2nd Stocking Wig to make the ponytail. Very similar to the tutorial HezaChan.com has in making a clip on ponytail. The Arda Stocking Wigs base is not blue or pink, but a peachy color, so, with sharpie I had to color the base to be dark like the hair so that the base of the wig didn't show through when the wigs shifted suddenly. And Presto! Ponytail Stocking wig!

Its to bad they don't have these anymore, but it was fun to style while they had them :D
