Construction Details:

So during a closet cosplay challenge, I discover that I have everything for AVPM Draco right in my closet. And that's how this monster was born. The cloak was actually made for my brother's Nekozawa (Ouran) costume, and it's just been kind of hanging around since '09. Everything else was bought!
