Construction Details:

Slightly altered a Mandarin collared shirt pattern to turn it into female Ranma's shirt; shirt is also completely lined with white cotton cloth. Yellow frogs were purchased and hand sewn on. Pants are actual kung fu pants I've owned for awhile.
Shoes were purchased in Chinatown.

Personal Thoughts:

Ranma 1/2 is my most fave anime right after Sailor Moon!

Styling Notes

I cut at least 8 inches off to create the bangs then I followed Tristen Citrine's tutorial for cutting bangs http://www.tristencitrine.com/tutorials/wigbangs.html ; I used a blow drier instead of a steamer.
