Construction Details:

The outer skirt and the body is made of pink sateen, while the inner skirt is made with red linen. The design was quite simple as it's supposed to draw attention to the large ribbons worn on the dress rather than the dress itself. The bows were commissioned from Moony Couture.

Personal Thoughts:

I've been wanting to make and wear this dress for a very long time. It marks the first time Sapphire is ever in a dress, and is a favorite moment from Ribbon no Kishi. It really did make me feel like a princess in it.
