Construction Details:

PVC and I are bitter enemies. I have friends who can make beautiful costumes with this fabric, but I do NOT have that skill!! Nevertheless, I managed to get most of the bubbling and puckering out of the finished costume, but god was it a nightmare!
The leotard and choker were made from a navy blue cotton knit and the gold bias was made by hand from a lovely gold satin I have. So.much.mitering.

Personal Thoughts:

I almost went insane after mitering all that hand-made bias tape! Never again!!
