Decided to go with a sequin fabric, since it's sparkly and I felt like Rarity is no pony to pass up sparkly! It's not fun to wear though, it itches a lot!

- I used two packs of those cheesy "Wrap Snap & Go" curlers from the 90's. I remembered when I was a kid that they worked really well so I went to town on my wig with those leopard curlers and aqua net hairspray.
