Construction Details:
Every ruffle piece sewn together to make it poofy I made three layers total. Also hand made top and sleeves/ribbons. Top Design was zig zag stitched on and I borrowed the thigh socks from my Mystique.
Personal Thoughts:
Ruffles! I love it haha. I wanted to make another Lucy and this one caught my eye when I was catching up with the series. :3c
