Construction Details:

I bought everything xD the vest, shorts, wristbands, bag, hat, boots. I paint the hat, bag and boots. I made the pokeball with foam and acrylic paint. For the shorts' pockets I use some fabric and cut to the exact shape. Then sewed to the shorts.
