Construction Details:

Noin thought of a funny skit idea and asked me & Steve to be Sakura & Syaroan. We're rather large for the characters, but at least they're supposed to be a little older in Tsubasa. XD CLAMP designs are amazing too. For construction, under the dress there is a corset layer made from denim and steel boning to help hold the weight of the beads up. Beads were purchased from Shipwreck, which has a great large selection. The larger gems were resin cast using materials from Tap Plastics. I love purple, so I was happy when I found this pale purple satin to use for the main body of the dress.
