Construction Details:

I threw this together in about two days. I already had the petticoat and ruffle skirt from a previous cosplay and the dress was very basic. The undershirt was a little tricky, as the reference showed it to have seams reaching into the collar rather then over the shoulder or towards the armhole, but even that was pretty easy.
