Construction Details:

The jacket was constructed using a Green pepper pattern as a base. It is made of fleece.
The pants were purchased from Wal Mart and altered to have cuffs.
A net shirt is worn under the jacket. This was previously purchased from Hot Topic.
I have found the perfect shoes for this outfit (finally!) and hope to get new pictures soon with my new (accurate!) shoes.
The wig is a cut and trimmed Persephone in black blue fusion from epic cosplay wig.

Personal Thoughts:

I have adored Hinata since she appeared in the chunin exams. Therefore, I was very happy to make this costume to be part of a little video my friend created as a school project. Cosplaying as naruto characters have always led to some of the best memories I have as a cosplayer. The fans are always so friendly and excitable and I have met so many new friends! When I wore this to anime expo I ran into many fellow ninja and had a great "date" with my Naruto-Kun at a ramen restaurant.

Styling Notes

The wig was trimmed several inches in the back.
