Construction Details:

I used milliskin spandex for the suit, and followed/modified a catsuit pattern. The back armor and wrist guards are foam covered with the milliskin, and all the hard armor details are model magic, painted and lacquered with glaze.

Personal Thoughts:

Oh man ... where do I start with Rei?
Well, she was one of my first favorite anime characters, because I could kinda identify with her stoic/quiet personality at the time.

This costume was pretty interesting to make, and a blast to wear! I remember meeting lots of people and other Eva cosplayers while wearing this, and it was such a fun experience.

Used Katie Bair's wig dye in Powder Blue.
