Construction Details:

THe dress was made from this nice 2-way stretch black fabric using a floor-length prom dress pattern that I basically chopped into a mini skirt. Having the panels really helped form my silhouette. I took liberties with the straps, which is some pleather cording I found in Fashion District, and made it all pretty and criss-crossed in the back, but it also helps hold the straps where they should be since she has a weird halter and normal tank top thing going on. For the bionic arm, I used silver stretch vinyl and had my friend draw the robotic schematics on me, which I went over later with a sharpie.

It was fun punching the highlights out of Knives. XD
