Construction Details:

The vest was pattern and sewn by me. I altered the blazer to fit closer to the body when open and added matching buttons. The skirt...well, the skirt is a lot of different things. The skirt is 4 layers: 2 layers of scalloped hem red taffeta, and 2 layers of box pleated plain red cotton, all 4 layers of which are circle skirts. They were all sewn together with a bit of tulle underneath for extra poof. The tattoo was painted onto a pair of panty hose, and the socks (which are the best socks) I got from sock dreams.

Styling Notes

I cut the bangs to be blunt across the forehead. The bun was the two braided pigtails wrapped up into a bun, and then sewn into place.
